As we know the current situation of Bangladesh student's are suffering from Quota for public service jobs. Student's calling it Quota reform movement.

What is Quota:
As we know Bangladesh was independent in 1971. In this time who was fight for freedom they called Mukti Bahini. After war the president of new Bangladesh Sheik Mujibur Rahman & his government was thought that we need to give some priority who fought for freedom and they give 30% Quota in public service jobs.
Quota Movement 2018:
In 2018 Bangladeshi student's come in to road for this devotions they call it injustice for all over students. Freedom fighters are too old now to comes in public service jobs but in 1997 the rolling party Awami Leage extent Quota for Freedom fighter children's.
Quota Movement 2024:
After 2018 student movement the govt dacite that in 1st & 2nd class job there will be no Quota system but this year High court set it again as it was. That's why student's again came in movement for reform of Quota system.
A list of demands by students has been circulated in an underground press release.
1) The prime minister must accept responsibility for the mass killings of students and publicly apologise.
2) Families of the killed and injured must be compensated.
3) Vice Chancellors of Dhaka, Jahangirnagar and Rajshahi universities must resign.
4) Police officers present in the sites where students were killed must be sacked.
5) Guarantees must be provided that no academic or administrative harassment of protesters will take place.
6) All educational institutions and halls of residences must be reopened.
7) Bangladesh Chhatra League [BCL, the pro-government student wing, which is, effectively, the government’s vigilante force] must be banned from student politics and a student union established.
8) The home minister and the road, transport and bridges minister [the latter is also the secretary general of the Awami League], must resign from their [cabinet] positions and the party.
9) The police and goons who attacked the students and those who instigated the attacks must be arrested.
Result of Quota Reform Movement:
After all this government reform the Quota system and trying to move student from road. But students are standing their Martyred brother's. They will not move before they find truth justice for Martyrs who gave their life in this movement. Many students are seriously injured and many are arrested after all this.
At Last we want fare justice for our student brother's. May Allah give them Jannah who was killed in this movement.
